East dance – women`s health.
Sometimes East dance calls as bellydance. In any case it looks like bellydance.
But this opinion is rigth just partly, because it is “spine dance” at first. It
trains all the parts of the spine – from nape till tailbone, as no other
classical or modern dance or sport exercises. It`s movements enable almost all
the groups of muscles, wich are binding with the spine, even the most deepest
and you can`t reach it with another modern gymnastics` systems. It makes it more
flexible,improves the circulation of the blood and it has a beneficial effect on
the all the organism, especially on the organs of the pelvis minor through the
nerves and it`s very important for the women. East dance is very helpful for women in all ages: from the schollgirls till
women in “serious” ages. Even great-grandmothers can try to learn this dance,
cause its not difficult. So age, health or build can`t be the obstacle. All the
dance`s moves are so organic and it practically has no contra-indications. As a
result of east dance you become the slenderness, lightness and gracefulness of
the step, moves, many spine`s diseases digress (scoliosis of 1st or 2nd extents,
osteochondrosis, kyphosis and hollow back).Women remember their feminity, charm, they feel younger, they become more
attractive and fetching.The increase of vitality and deliverance of the spine`s problems is healthy for
the men, too! So maybe they have to go over again through their attention at
“this women dance”.
